We are planning to approach the higher authorities of the respective bank with a request to take appropriate steps to clear the long dues pertaining to the advertisements released on behalf of various Automobile Dealers tie up with the bank.
You may therefore, send us the full statement of accounts and related documents of the respective bank(s) who are still to be settled any amounts towards share against the advertisement released on behalf of automobile dealers with a copy to your zone president.

We have received a complaint from one of our members, M/s. Chavara An Advertising Media. They have raised a complaint against their client M/s. Sunny Jacob Jewellers not willing to settle the dues an amount of Rs. 8,88,950.54. In this situation the said client M/s. Sunny Jacob Jewellers, planning to release their ads in the above name and in different client names such as Dona Gold and Capital Builders. So you are requested not take the above clients advertisements until they settle their dues of Chavara An Advertising Media.
In addition to this M/s. Holy Grace Academy for Management Studies, Mala, Thrissur has also failed to settle their dues an amount of Rs. 1,20,997.90 against Chavara An Advertising Media.
Hence the above mentioned clients have been black listed henceforth. Now you are requested not to take the above mentioned clients advertisements till further intimation. All members are requested to co-operate in this regard as in the past.
